Freelance web work.
Alongside my corporate career I have always built websites for small businesses. It started in 2017 as Extra Flow, a one-person studio: I talked to clients, designed the pages, built them on WordPress and set up analytics and SEO. Today I still take on the occasional project for people I know. The early work is simple by today's standards, but it is where I learned to ship a site end to end.

Marketplace for expats
A Telegram Mini App marketplace for Russian-speaking expats in the UAE that I built and run alongside my day job: about 3,000 users, RU and EN, personalised subscriptions, map and swipe modes. Details on request.

Lead-generation site for a company that buys apartments and other property for cash: service pages per property type, a quote form and a callback widget. Later grew into a multi-page site with local SEO for Krasnodar and Maykop.

MYIDEM calendar & rate card
Two builds for MYIDEM, a well-known Moscow nightlife media brand: an events calendar the editors filled from the admin panel, and an advertising rate card page. Designed and developed myself, on tight deadlines.

Small business owners judge a site by calls and orders, not by looks. That lens carried straight into D2C eCommerce.
Things that last
Several of these sites are still running years later with little maintenance. Simple, well-structured builds age well.
